We are a contemporary European restaurant offering tasting menus centred around produce-focused cooking, driven by seasonality and the locality of ingredients. In the kitchen we aim to source as much of our produce as possible from near to Berlin and Brandenburg.
We make, ferment, preserve, age, butcher, bake and process as much as we can in house. This allows to us to, not only, reduce waste but create flavours for the table and the bar that are distinct to us and represent how ingredients can evolve through the seasons.
In the evening we offer a tasting menu that will change day to day in order to best represent our produce. We offer an optional drinks pairing to give, what we consider, to be the best experience. In addition there will always be the option for a full vegan menu. For the month of january and February a la carte selections can be made from the tasting menu.
